CAPDS 2017 Annual Report
CAPDS's annual report is now available. In looking back we were impressed and humbled by the work of so many talented and dedicated members of our criminal justice community. The creation and implementation of CAPDS is a major achievement for Travis County, and we are honored to be part of that. Our reports highlights some of the amazing work being done by our attorneys, investigators, and consultants. In addition to providing insight into several new programs, we have shared an overview of our part of indigent defense in Travis County. You can view our report here. Thanks to the Office of Governor, the Texas Indigent Defense Commission, the Travis County Commissioners, the Travis County Criminal Judiciary, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and our community partners for making CAPDS a reality.
